We can't deny it-this inner desire to sow a seed and hope something great will come of it, to leave behind a legacy that actually impacts people's lives far beyond our years and far beyond our wildest dreams. We want to look back and say that we actually made a difference, in big or small ways, and that our existence mattered. Well, it does. We feel this need to change the world because we were created by God to change the world. It is inside of us.

As humans, in our very essence, we are given the currency of time to change the world, to do something to fight the hopelessness that exists within it. The fight is not easy and it involves many people. Some of us are on the front lines, actually out rescuing people and some of us are diligently funding the operations that make this happen. Everyone has a part. We believe we don't exist only for our own betterment, but also for the restoration of others. We see our talents as a commodity that has the power to generate more resources than we can ever imagine to impact the world, while simultaneously maximizing your resources so you can do the same.

Integrity at All Cost

For us, restoring hope starts from within ourselves. We all begin with high hopes, but somewhere along the way, the world has a way of trying to diminish it. Good intentions become corrupt, so fear begin to rise. And for some of us, it is difficult to fight for others' hopelessness when we are trying to fight for our own hope.

When we decided to start KII, we decided to fight for hope-for all of us. And before we can restore the world's hope, we must restore yours by keeping our intentions good and eliminating ourselves from being a company that could possibly diminish it.

First, we chose to be a for-profit company because we want to give freely. The same way that no one forces us to give, we will not force you to give. Second, at KII you don't have to join our cause. You don't have to agree with our beliefs. We present our talents to you for the growth and expansion of your resources without any strings attached and without any secret agenda. Yes we are transparent about our values, but our excellence, dedication and unique offerings are what we expect you to hire us for. Yes we are giving half of our profits to impact the world-and in working with us you will in essence be impacting the world too-but your resources remain yours and our giving doesn't cost you a penny more. We live authentically and think innovatively, but we handle each situation with integrity as a guide because it is more crucial than any number on a bottom line.
